About the classes
Learning a new skill with colleagues can help staff to develop new ways to offer direct and honest feedback to one another. I use the kitchen as a forum for improving communication skills, problem solving and breaking office boundaries.
Customizable
Each class is curated to the team attending based on what is in season locally, allergies, dietary restrictions etc.
Farm-to-table
I believe in eating with the seasons and supporting local farmers; my clients leave learning something new with every class.
Collaborative & social
Class attendees work together to create a beautiful meal. At the end of the class I give time for you all to enjoy the meal together and have some fun.
Takeaway recipes
I will provide a booklet with all of the recipes that we prepared during the class so my clients can enjoy making it again and again.
What to expect
About Debi
Debi honed her culinary skills at several prestigious local restaurants, gaining experience in farm-to-table, Asian, and sustainable seafood cuisine. She further broadened her repertoire through extensive travels throughout Europe (including Poland, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Morocco and England) and Southeast Asia (Vietnam and Hong Kong), where she learned directly from local experts.
Debi's passion lies in using her knowledge to create innovative dishes and share them with her students. She finds immense satisfaction in witnessing their sense of accomplishment, both individually and collaboratively, as they master new culinary techniques.
